Senior Business Architect
Job Summary
To support ongoing client initiatives, the remote Senior Business Architect will serve as a trusted consultant and product expert, translating complex business challenges into actionable requirements while collaborating with clients, project managers, and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs and recommend best practices for dispute processing
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring clear communication between business teams and technical resources
- Conduct data analysis and develop configuration documentation tailored to client needs, driving quality control through testing and validation
Required qualifications
- 7+ years as a Business Architect/Business Analyst, preferably in FinTech or related financial services
- 7+ years of experience across the full product lifecycle with a strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies
- Expert proficiency in Excel, including modeling and advanced functions
- Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of SaaS delivery models
- Proven ability to write detailed user stories, specifications, and test cases
