Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build call sheets for targeted outreach to existing clients and understand their needs
- Conduct daily outreach to hiring managers, educating them on the consulting talent available
- Document interactions in the CRM system to track progress and inform strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in contract placement or consultant assignments in the staffing industry
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in professional services, technology, or financial services
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
