Senior Business Intelligence Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stars Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to support data reporting and performance management for Stars improvement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve, structure, and manage large datasets to support Stars reporting dashboards
- Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to monitor performance metrics and trends
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights impacting Star ratings and collaborate on data-driven solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools like Tableau and Qlik
- Advanced experience working with large and complex datasets in large organizations
- Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data
