Senior Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business stakeholders, the full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst will optimize business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications while supporting system enhancements in a dynamic IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Analyze existing processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, and deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
