Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Senior Business Process Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage business requirements for software development, collaborate with stakeholders, and perform Agile requirement management activities within the Veterans Affairs department.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models while managing requirements for various projects
• Facilitate Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning, to ensure successful project delivery

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
• Strong background in conducting independent research and analyzing complex technical topics
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
