Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant who will lead business case development and support strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business case development and assess opportunities, risks, and return on investment
  • Support planning and prioritization of initiatives to align with strategic business objectives
  • Organize work teams and ensure effective implementation of cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum eight years of project management experience
  • Five years of experience in health care and/or insurance is highly desired
  • Experience with project management software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to lead and support staff in initiative execution and development
