Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant who will lead business case development and support strategic planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business case development and assess opportunities, risks, and return on investment
- Support planning and prioritization of initiatives to align with strategic business objectives
- Organize work teams and ensure effective implementation of cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum eight years of project management experience
- Five years of experience in health care and/or insurance is highly desired
- Experience with project management software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Ability to lead and support staff in initiative execution and development
