Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Program Manager to develop and implement improvement initiatives for product launch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement in product, packaging, and promotion launch processes
• Capture and analyze data to quantify and communicate the impact of workstreams
• Project manage workstreams to completion with predictability and clarity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant work experience
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in streamlining product launch processes or managing improvement efforts as a consultant
