Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Solution Engineer in Remote, USA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner between business and technology, maintaining alignment with business groups on strategic vision and priorities
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions, analyze key processes, and drive efficiency through technology solutions
- Support product development and release lifecycle, including testing new system functions and conducting user trainings
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with SAAS technologies used by internal employees
- Experience in establishing effective business partnerships within and outside the organization
- Bachelor's Degree or above in computer science or engineering preferred, MBA degree preferred
- 5+ years in an IT environment supporting Enterprise SAAS Applications
- Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization with minimal supervision
