Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner between business and technology, maintaining alignment with business priorities
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and drive innovation through technology solutions
• Support product development lifecycle, conduct user trainings, and troubleshoot system issues

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with SAAS technologies for internal employees
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining application development artifacts
• Experience in a technical environment and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Bachelor's Degree or above in computer science or engineering preferred
• MBA degree preferred
