Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support software products in the clinical genetics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and define system requirements, overseeing software enhancements through the SDLC
- Communicate technical and functional requirements to stakeholders and create JIRA tickets for the Engineering team
- Develop test plans and acceptance criteria, coordinating validation with QA and end users
Required Qualifications
- Domain knowledge of genetics, genetic testing, and/or healthcare
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a Biology-related discipline or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of business analysis experience with software development
- Strong working knowledge and experience using JIRA
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational/non-relational databases
