Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to analyze and define system requirements in the clinical genetics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate functional requirements with stakeholders and the internal scrum team
- Oversee software enhancements throughout the entire SDLC, from discovery to validation
- Develop diagrams and flowcharts to assist the development team in understanding software solutions
Required Qualifications
- Domain knowledge of genetics, genetic testing, and/or healthcare
- Bachelor or advanced degree in a Biology-related discipline or Computer Science
- 6+ years of business analysis experience with software development
- Strong working knowledge and experience using JIRA
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational/non-relational databases
