Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support software products in the clinical genetics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and define system requirements and communicate with stakeholders
- Oversee software enhancements through the entire SDLC, including testing and validation
- Develop diagrams and flowcharts to assist the development team and coordinate change control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Domain knowledge of genetics, genetic testing, and/or healthcare
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a Biology-related discipline or Computer Science
- 6+ years of business analysis experience with software development
- Strong working knowledge and experience using JIRA
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational/non-relational databases
