Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support software products in the clinical genetics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate functional requirements with stakeholders and internal teams
- Document and synthesize requirements to ensure clarity for all parties involved
- Coordinate testing and validation of developed features against requirements
Required Qualifications
- Domain knowledge of genetics, genetic testing, and/or healthcare
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a Biology-related discipline or Computer Science
- 6+ years of business analysis experience with software development
- Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with relational/non-relational databases
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
