Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to analyze and enhance business processes within the Legal Services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement across departments
  • Gather and analyze relevant data and performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency
  • Design and document standardized processes, and drive the implementation of process changes

Required Qualifications
  • Job-related experience in process reengineering
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
  • Experience implementing workflow, RPA, and/or business intelligence solutions
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL) preferred
