Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to analyze and enhance business processes within the Legal Services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement across departments
- Gather and analyze relevant data and performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency
- Design and document standardized processes, and drive the implementation of process changes
Required Qualifications
- Job-related experience in process reengineering
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
- Experience implementing workflow, RPA, and/or business intelligence solutions
- Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL) preferred
