Senior C#-.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software system integration, and development using .Net technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and test planning for software systems
• Develop back-end applications utilizing C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement solutions within an Agile framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field with at least five years of experience in .Net development
• Strong expertise in C#, .Net framework, and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development, particularly with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
