Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software development, and system integration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software system product services including design, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with the software development team during daily stand-ups and interface with stakeholders for project requirements
• Ensure application performance and quality while applying good software engineering practices such as test automation and modularization

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with five or more years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
