Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development support while utilizing full-stack development expertise in .Net and C#.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications using .Net and C# while ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong proficiency in C#
• Experience in developing applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in database design with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
