Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development support while utilizing full-stack expertise in .Net and C#.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution for software systems
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net framework and C#, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement solutions within the Agile framework

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong knowledge of C#
• Proficiency in back-end application development using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design and development, particularly with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience
