Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development using .Net technologies, ensuring application performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to build and maintain .Net back-end applications and ensure CI/CD deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather project requirements and promote good software engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Proficiency in C#, .Net framework, and .Net Core, with experience in MVC architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
