Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform software development tasks including technical planning, requirements definition, and integration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration for software products
• Utilize full-stack development expertise in .Net, C#, and CI/CD practices to ensure application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile methodologies

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong knowledge of C#
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and version control systems like GIT
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with five or more years of relevant experience
