Senior C#/.Net Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Engineer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of .Net applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development expertise in .Net back-end applications and deployment using CI/CD pipelines
• Document software designs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with at least five years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong skills in C# and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with RESTful APIs and knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
