Senior Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Client Manager to collaborate with the Commercial Bank Sales team in acquiring, expanding, and retaining business clients with treasury management needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to expand and retain business clients with treasury management needs
• Maintain cash management services and ensure effective after-sales experience for clients
• Generate cross-sell leads and manage complex client implementations with the Implementation Specialist Team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 or more years of banking or cash management experience
• Demonstrated success in a customer service environment
• Strong analytical and data mining skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
