Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's trusted strategic advisor, building deep relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience
• Generate new opportunities through prospecting and networking, while managing the proposal and pitch development processes
• Drive the creative pitch process to secure ongoing creative partnerships and ensure smooth project hand-offs to the operations team

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growing client accounts, with at least 3+ years in a creative agency or marketing environment
• Experience in building and executing high-level strategy
• Proven track record of converting opportunities with medium to large-sized enterprise clients
• Passion for design and creativity in a marketing-centric environment
• Consultative selling and closing skills
