Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Consultant to manage group claims client interactions for employers with 2000+ enrolled employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for group claims inquiries and client escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Conduct regular case reviews and participate in presentations to demonstrate the value of group claims services

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry or Group Benefit Services
  • Proven relationship management skills with clients, brokers, and internal partners
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all dealings
  • Experience in project management and multi-tasking
