Key Responsibilities

• Conduct original policy analysis and research to advance Climate and Energy program goals
• Produce clear and compelling written products, including articles and policy memos
• Cultivate relationships with policymakers and external audiences to represent the organization effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least six years of professional experience in policy development, research, or strategy development
• Demonstrated experience in quickly mastering new subject areas and developing compelling arguments
• Experience working with government preferred, but not required
• Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in professional work
• Familiarity with climate and energy issues preferred, but not required
