Senior Clinical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Innovation & Program Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and implementation of population health programs aligned with strategic initiatives
- Leverage data to inform clinical program design and evaluate effectiveness
- Prepare proposals and conduct needs assessments for Health Services initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in program development or project management in healthcare
- 2+ years of experience in managed care or related fields preferred
- Preferred certifications include Certified Case Manager (CCM) and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- A clinical license is highly preferred (e.g., LCSW, RN, PMHNP)
