Senior CMDB Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the integrity and governance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform, the full-time remote Senior CMDB Analyst will manage data quality, facilitate root cause analysis, and maintain documentation while collaborating with junior staff and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high standards in CMDB data quality through governance, reconciliation, and certification processes
• Facilitate root cause analysis for data issues and coordinate with stakeholders for data remediation
• Design and produce CMDB reports and dashboards while participating in Agile project meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with CMDB and the CSDM framework
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification with expertise in Configuration Management
• Hands-on experience with CMDB Workspace, CMDB Health, and CMDB Data Certification
• Knowledge of Agile and SDLC delivery methods
