Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Staff Counsel with extensive experience in commercial contracts and technology transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret complex commercial contracts for services and technology
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters, risk management, and dispute resolution
- Offer legal guidance on real estate transactions and manage contract interpretation issues
Required Qualifications
- Law degree and an active license to practice law in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in corporate and commercial transactional law
- Experience with SaaS and complex services outsourcing transactions
- International legal experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional law is desirable
- Strong academic credentials and established track record of meeting deadlines
