Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Loan Underwriter / Portfolio Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze credit and applicant information for commercial loan requests
- Conduct annual reviews of existing loans to ensure data integrity and portfolio stability
- Communicate with loan production teams and clients to gather information and provide updates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in underwriting commercial lending
- Strong understanding of commercial banking terms, including C&I and CRE deals
- Proficiency in financial analysis and auditing
- Experience in completing business financial spreads and personal cash flow spreads
- Ability to assist with workouts, modifications, and problem credits
