Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Title Examiner to work remotely and examine titles for commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and examine chains of title primarily for commercial land
- Perform title examinations of complex orders requiring high-level expertise
- Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal descriptions
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of directly related commercial title experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
- Experience in Texas, Ohio, Michigan, or Arizona
- Multiple state licenses as required to operate in a broad geographic area
