Job Summary
A company is looking for a Communications Specialist Senior to manage and enhance its brand voice across Corporate Human Resources content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop social and digital strategies for campaigns that showcase the company's culture and employee experience
- Guide HR leaders in creating impactful content that aligns with business success
- Provide consulting, lead strategic projects, and support initiatives related to benefits, compensation, learning, recruiting, and DEI
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED with a minimum of nine years of professional experience in Communications or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with six years of experience
- Experience with complex large-scale implementations (e.g., Mergers & Acquisitions)
- Deep knowledge of various communication tools and innovative communication strategies
- Proficient in creative writing and copy-editing
- Strong project management and senior-level stakeholder consulting skills
