Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist Senior to manage and enhance its brand voice across Corporate Human Resources content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop social and digital strategies for campaigns that showcase the company's culture and employee experience
  • Guide HR leaders in creating impactful content that aligns with business success
  • Provide consulting, lead strategic projects, and support initiatives related to benefits, compensation, learning, recruiting, and DEI

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED with a minimum of nine years of professional experience in Communications or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with six years of experience
  • Experience with complex large-scale implementations (e.g., Mergers & Acquisitions)
  • Deep knowledge of various communication tools and innovative communication strategies
  • Proficient in creative writing and copy-editing
  • Strong project management and senior-level stakeholder consulting skills
