Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Manager to develop and administer compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ideation and implementation of semi-annual compensation reviews
  • Serve as a steward of the company's compensation philosophy and influence key stakeholders
  • Perform market research and compensation analysis to ensure alignment with compensation objectives

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in cash and stock compensation
  • Public company experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills
  • Experience with Workday, ChartHop, or compensation planning systems preferred
