Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Manager to develop and administer compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and implementation of semi-annual compensation reviews
- Serve as a steward of the company's compensation philosophy and influence key stakeholders
- Perform market research and compensation analysis to ensure alignment with compensation objectives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in cash and stock compensation
- Public company experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills
- Experience with Workday, ChartHop, or compensation planning systems preferred
