Senior Consultant II
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Senior Consultant II.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings
- Reviews cases to determine appropriateness of Closed Without Payment (CWP) based on gross tort value exposure
- Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues and collaborates with leadership for further action
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Expertise in handling serious bodily injury claims
- Experience with litigation claims is preferred
- Ability to manage claims in bad faith jurisdictions and those with high exposure limits
