Senior Consultant, Lender Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant in Federal Financial Services focusing on Program Operations and Lender Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lender Relations team by addressing complex lender issues and preparing training materials
• Interface with clients to refine loan system requirements and recommend enhancements
• Collaborate with project management and technology teams on training, user experience, and change management

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in small business lending, including loan operations or loan systems
• Strong network of lenders in the small business sector
• Experience with testing and implementation of lending platforms is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
