Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, People Analytics & Insights (remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage HR analytics projects and develop HR programs
- Coach clients on data visualization tools and techniques to enhance their analytical capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- Five or more years of experience in HR analytics or a related consulting role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR practices, including talent management and employee engagement
