Senior Contract Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Site Contract Analyst to manage and negotiate clinical research contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate site-specific Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
- Track the progress of contractual negotiations and prepare status reports
- Serve as a mentor to junior staff and facilitate the execution of contractual documents
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in a business or science/health care field, nursing degree, or equivalent
- Five years of experience in a client service role related to clinical research contracts
- Prior Study Start-Up experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company or CRO
- Experience with electronic document management systems or similar environments
