Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, modify, and analyze power plant control systems, including digital systems and mechatronics
- Prepare and review technical reports, calculations, and specifications while ensuring project completion within budget and on time
- Interface with vendors and provide mentorship to less experienced engineers
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Five or more years of experience in instrumentation and controls systems design within a project team environment
- Experience with control systems for low and medium voltage distribution, including turbines and pumps
- Knowledge of equipment selection and design package assembly
- PE license is preferred
