Senior Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
To support its legal operations, the full-time remote Senior Corporate Counsel will manage sophisticated commercial transactions, provide legal and risk assessments, and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient contract execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and close client, agency, vendor, and strategic-partner agreements
- Evaluate legal and commercial risks while advising on contract terms and operational capabilities
- Develop a legal decision matrix and establish approval processes for contract management
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of post-J.D. transactional legal experience at a law firm or corporation
- Significant experience leading complex commercial transactions independently
- Strong negotiation skills with B2B SaaS and technology agreements
- Knowledge of U.S. privacy and data-protection requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
