Senior Corporate Counsel - CA Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel responsible for advising on employment law and managing intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on federal and state employment regulatory and compliance matters
• Provide proactive employment law advice on hiring, leaves, wage compliance, and disciplinary actions
• Partner with outside counsel to manage the intellectual property portfolio, primarily trademarks

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of combined top law firm and/or in-house experience
• Strong background in California employment law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission in California required
• Credibility and presence to interact with senior executives
• Prior in-house experience preferred
