Senior Counsel Commercial

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external timelines for agreement turnaround time
• Assist in improving existing agreements and implementing changes cross-functionally
• Work with the business to manage intake and provide an excellent client onboarding experience

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. degree and at least 5 years of experience
• Background in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
• Enthusiasm for crypto and understanding of applicable laws/regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and execute with minimal supervision
