Senior Credential Evaluator

Job Summary

Evaluating international and U.S. academic credentials, the full-time remote Senior Credential Evaluator will analyze admission applications, conduct course evaluations, and process I-20 documentation for F1 Visas while collaborating with admissions staff to support enrollment objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and authenticate international academic records for institutional recognition and comparability
• Conduct course-by-course evaluations, including credit conversion to U.S. semester units and GPA calculations
• Review and evaluate immigration-related documentation for compliance with federal regulations governing F-1 student visas

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma with three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training
• Experience with international academic credential evaluation methodologies preferred
• Knowledge of international education systems and federal regulations for international students
• Familiarity with systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
