Senior CRM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, CRM Analytics to join their Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance and deliver data-driven insights for optimizations
• Maintain and enhance measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate marketing success
• Regularly deliver reports interpreting analytics and providing actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis related to campaigns and customer journeys
• Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Snowflake, Excel, and Tableau
• Strong understanding of A/B testing data and advanced skills in R or Python preferred
• Experience working with technical and business teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions
