Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer with deep hands-on experience in CI/CD systems, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern database architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues across the CI/CD stack and related technologies
- Serve as a CI/CD subject matter expert during customer onboarding and implementation
- Lead incident triage and root cause analysis during escalations, providing feedback to engineering
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, DevOps, or SRE
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and automation
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or Big Query
- Strong understanding of FinOps principles and experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with BI tools, particularly Looker, is a plus
