A company is looking for a Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager - International.
Key Responsibilities
- Run a customer lifecycle program with operational excellence, designing and implementing campaigns for international regions
- Optimize lifecycle journeys through experimentation and data, ensuring cultural relevance in content and messaging
- Measure campaign effectiveness and develop a lifecycle campaign roadmap based on regional insights and company objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or customer marketing in a global B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of market segmentation, customer journey mapping, and campaign automation
- History of successfully launching end-to-end lifecycle programs
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing localization and translation processes for marketing content
