Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to enhance customer retention and loyalty through targeted marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to drive engagement and improve retention
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns that nurture customer relationships and promote advocacy
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform and optimize marketing efforts

Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in customer marketing or retention marketing, preferably in a B2B, IT, or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of successful customer retention strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools
