Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to enhance customer retention and loyalty through targeted marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to drive engagement and improve retention
- Create targeted marketing campaigns that nurture customer relationships and promote advocacy
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform and optimize marketing efforts
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8 - 10 years of experience in customer marketing or retention marketing, preferably in a B2B, IT, or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of successful customer retention strategies and marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools
