Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for team members and handle escalated calls
  • Guide and educate customers on health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Support customers in navigating online resources and encourage self-sufficiency

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call center
  • Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
  • Proficient in translating complex health care processes into simple instructions
  • Experience working from home is preferred
