Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for team members and handle escalated calls
- Guide and educate customers on health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
- Support customers in navigating online resources and encourage self-sufficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call center
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
- Proficient in translating complex health care processes into simple instructions
- Experience working from home is preferred
