Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
  • Handle escalated calls, resolving more complex customer issues
  • Guide and educate customers about consumer-driven health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or call-center setting
  • Proficient in translating health care-related jargon into simple instructions
  • Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
