Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative for a remote position in CST or MST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers
- Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues
- Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Working knowledge with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
