Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for team members and handle escalated customer calls
- Guide customers on health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
- Help customers navigate online tools and resources for self-sufficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant medical office experience
- 2+ years of outbound call center experience handling 125+ calls per day
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work flexible hours during normal business operations
