Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for team members and handle escalated customer calls
  • Guide customers on health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Help customers navigate online tools and resources for self-sufficiency

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant medical office experience
  • 2+ years of outbound call center experience handling 125+ calls per day
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work flexible hours during normal business operations
