Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process adjustments, refunds, and billing inquiries
  • Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
  • Ability to train for the first two to three weeks during specified hours
